Cancel a FantasyLabs Subscription
Stop FantasyLabs renewal through the original biller. Find web, Apple and Google cancellation routes, support and account-deletion limits.
Last updated on Oct 29, 2026
For a FantasyLabs subscription billed on its website, the published route is My Account → Subscriptions → set the subscription to cancel. This stops the next auto-renewal. If Apple or Google bills you, cancel through that original biller instead.
Keep your barriers in place
Keep your gambling blocker enabled. Do not whitelist FantasyLabs or a gambling site, buy another plan, deposit or wager to get billing help. If access is blocked, use the support route below rather than weakening your protection. Urgent help and international support are available while a billing issue is unresolved.
This guide is for existing subscribers who want to leave, not to register or use fantasy-sports tools. Public primary sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested. FantasyLabs' current help center presents cancellation articles last updated August 11, 2023. Their age is a reason to use support if your screen differs, not to guess a newer menu.
Identify the original biller
Check an existing receipt or subscription confirmation privately for the biller and renewal date. Using an iPhone or Android phone does not by itself identify who bills you. The FantasyLabs subscription policy separates its website subscriptions from those managed through Apple or Google. You do not need to make a test purchase or send us your receipt.
Cancel website-billed renewal
The published membership instructions give this route for the account with the active subscription:
- Sign into your existing FantasyLabs account only if doing so does not require bypassing your blocker. Otherwise, ask support to help.
- Open My Account at the top right, then Subscriptions.
- Set the subscription to cancel. Check that auto-renew is disabled, and keep any status or confirmation privately.
The general policy calls this the account's Settings page; the more detailed article names My Account and Subscriptions. Neither source verifies every current final prompt. If those controls are missing, do not change plans or assume cancellation is complete.
For help, the cancellation article publishes help@fantasylabs.com.
The official request form
includes Billing and Subscription and Account and Login categories.
Ask about the existing subscription and how to confirm renewal has stopped.
No support opening hours or response deadline was verified.
Use only the minimum account information needed. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card details, identity documents or gambling history. Guarding Gamblers cannot access or cancel your subscription.
Cancel Apple or Google billing
FantasyLabs says subscriptions bought through iOS or Google Play must be cancelled or changed through the applicable platform; it cannot refund those store purchases. Use the account shown on the original receipt.
- Apple-billed: follow Apple's current cancellation instructions. On an iPhone, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions; select the subscription and choose Cancel Subscription. Apple's page also covers other devices and missing subscriptions. Check the resulting expiry or cancellation status rather than assuming a request succeeded.
- Google Play-billed: follow Google's current subscription help. With the purchasing Google Account, open subscriptions in Google Play, select the subscription, choose Cancel subscription and follow the prompts. Google explicitly warns that uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.
These are original-biller instructions, not evidence that any particular FantasyLabs purchase is store-billed. If you cannot find it, recheck the receipt and ask the actual biller. Do not resubscribe to locate an old purchase.
Check access, trials and refunds
The published FantasyLabs policy says cancellation leaves access through the current billing period and ends the subscription at that period's end. You do not need to keep using the tools while that access remains.
The stated policy does not provide refunds or credits for partly used periods. Trials become paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends; check your own trial end and renewal date. This is the provider's published policy, not a determination of your individual legal rights. For store charges, ask the original biller about its refund process; no refund is promised here.
Account deletion and marketing are separate
Cancelling renewal is not proof of account closure or personal-data deletion. No ordinary FantasyLabs account-deletion procedure was verified in the current help center, terms or privacy policy. The terms and privacy pages still display March 19, 2015. They are not evidence of a modern erasure process, complete retention outcome or deletion deadline.
Ask FantasyLabs support separately about the scope of any account or data request. Do not assume that deleting an Action Network account deletes FantasyLabs, cancels FantasyLabs billing or removes records there. The Action Network guide covers that different product's documented process.
FantasyLabs' published privacy policy directs readers to the unsubscribe instructions in marketing messages. Order, contract, support, safety and administrative messages are outside that opt-out. Unsubscribing from email does not cancel a paid membership.
Protect separate gambling accounts
No formal FantasyLabs self-exclusion, cooling-off or reopening procedure was verified. Subscription cancellation is not formal exclusion and does not close an account with a separate sportsbook or fantasy-contest provider. Use the platform directory for those accounts.
Keep independent blocking tools enabled without assuming every service or device is covered. For immediate support, use US urgent-help options or help outside the United States; you do not need to finish cancellation before seeking help.
