Cancel a Daily Racing Form (DRF) Subscription
Stop DRF.com auto-renewal, request help with unused subscription products and stop marketing. Keep privacy requests and DRF Bets wagering accounts separate.
Last updated on Oct 29, 2026
To stop a DRF.com subscription renewing, open Current Subscriptions
under your login initials and uncheck the active plan's renewal box. DRF also
publishes cservice2@drf.com for renewal assistance. These actions concern
Daily Racing Form's information subscriptions, not a DRF Bets wagering account.
Keep your barriers in place
Keep your gambling blocker enabled. Do not whitelist DRF, create an account, buy another plan or place a test bet to obtain help. If the site is blocked, use the published support email without changing your protection. Urgent help and international support are available before any billing task is settled.
This guide helps existing subscribers leave a paid racing-information service, not use its betting tools. Public primary sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested.
Check the purchase before changing anything
Use a saved receipt to identify the product and biller. The steps below are for direct DRF.com subscription renewal. No app-store cancellation procedure was verified; an installed app does not establish who billed the purchase.
DRF's renewal help article, updated June 17, 2026, warns that buying another plan does not stop an existing plan's renewal. Check each active plan separately rather than purchasing a replacement to cancel it. Keep receipts and account records privately; do not send them to Guarding Gamblers.
Stop direct DRF.com auto-renewal
The official renewal instructions describe these controls:
- If safely accessible, sign in to your existing DRF.com account. Open the menu under your login initials at the top right and choose Current Subscriptions.
- Uncheck the checked box beside the active plan whose renewal you want to stop.
- Look for the popup saying the renewal preference was updated. Check each relevant plan and keep the confirmation privately.
These are published instructions, not a tested subscriber screen. If the
control is missing or access is blocked, email cservice2@drf.com for
renewal assistance, as the same help article directs. Ask for confirmation
that the specific renewal has stopped. An unanswered request is not proof
of cancellation. No support hours or cancellation processing time was verified.
Request help with an unused auto-renew purchase
The DRF website subscriber agreement
directs subscribers to cservice2@drf.com to terminate an auto-renew
subscription and request a refund for unused auto-renew products. It also
provides for repayment of amounts paid for information not yet received when
the agreement ends. The public agreement displays no revision date.
Ask DRF to identify what qualifies for your specific purchase; do not assume all prior charges or already-used products qualify. Stopping renewal is not itself a completed refund, and no refund processing deadline was verified. The agreement treats physical merchandise separately; do not apply this subscription route to books or other merchandise.
Send only the information needed to identify the subscription. Never include passwords, one-time codes, full payment details or unnecessary identity documents. Do not describe a charge you authorized as fraud.
Stop marketing separately
The DRF privacy policy, effective June 10, 2025,
says to use a marketing message's unsubscribe link or email
cservice2@drf.com to stop marketing. Transactional messages, including
replies to your questions, may continue.
Unsubscribing from email does not establish that a paid renewal has stopped. Treat the renewal and marketing requests as separate tasks.
Keep account and privacy requests distinct
The privacy policy's U.S. state-rights section
provides personal-data deletion requests where applicable state law gives
those rights, including requests by cservice2@drf.com. Verification and
exceptions apply, including records needed for transactions, security or legal
obligations. This is not a universal account-closure or complete-erasure promise.
The public Member Update page shows an account-and-personal-information deletion option specifically for California residents. No submitted or signed-in deletion flow was tested. Do not generalize that option to every resident or assume deleting information cancels billing. No universal ordinary DRF.com account-closure procedure was verified.
DRF Bets needs a separate wagering-account action
The official DRF TicketMaker FAQ describes DRF Bets as powered by Xpressbet. Cancelling a DRF.com information subscription does not establish that a DRF Bets wagering account is closed or excluded. Use the wagering operator's own support path; the official Xpressbet contact page is separate from DRF subscription support. No shared-login or universal account-migration procedure was verified.
No formal DRF.com self-exclusion procedure was verified. Keep independent blockers in place and use the platform directory for other account help. You can reach urgent help without completing any subscription task.
