Cancel a Dimers Subscription
Cancel Dimers Pro or Platinum renewal through My Account and Stripe. Understand pause auto-resumption, refund limits and separate privacy and account questions.
Last updated on Oct 29, 2026
To cancel a Dimers Pro or Platinum subscription, open My Account, choose Manage and use the cancellation controls in Stripe. That route is documented in the subscription terms. A billing pause is different: it can restart charges automatically.
Keep your barriers in place
Keep your gambling blocker enabled. Do not whitelist Dimers, create an account, buy a trial, deposit or wager to investigate a charge. If access is blocked, use the published support contact without removing protection. Urgent help and international support remain available while billing is unresolved.
This guide helps existing subscribers leave a betting-information service, not use its picks or AI tools. Public primary sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested. Guarding Gamblers cannot access or cancel your subscription. Keep receipts privately; do not send us payment records or gambling history.
Cancel renewal through My Account and Stripe
For the website subscription covered by the subscription terms:
- If safely accessible, sign in to your existing Dimers account and open My Account.
- Choose Manage. Dimers says this redirects to Stripe to manage the subscription.
- Use Stripe's cancellation controls, then check renewal status and the effective end date. No exact final button or confirmation screen was verified.
Keep confirmation privately. A sent message, deleted app or continued access alone is not proof that renewal has stopped. Do not select a pause when your intention is to end renewal.
The terms list contact@dimers.com for support. If the control is missing,
ask about the specific subscription and cancellation status. The
contact page also links to a Help Centre,
but no detailed help article could be read there during this review.
Do not treat a form's response estimate as a cancellation guarantee.
Never send passwords, one-time codes, full card details or unrequested identity documents.
Check the trial deadline, billing cycle and refund limits
The Terms of Service, updated December 2025, describe automatic renewal, cancellation before the next charge and access through the paid cycle. They exclude partial-period refunds or credits. Cancellation is not a refund request or guarantee, and provider wording does not determine individual legal rights.
The general Terms describe a three-day trial, but the product-specific subscription terms allow different trial offers. Use the deadline shown for your own subscription and cancel before it converts; do not wait for a reminder or support reply.
The current plan page includes a six-month option while the legal pages also refer to weekly terms. Check your saved order and renewal date rather than infer your plan from today's promotion. No current price or universal trial length is quoted here.
A pause can restart billing automatically
The pause terms limit the feature to monthly Dimers Pro subscriptions. A pause preserves access until the current cycle ends, then temporarily stops Pro access. The subscription automatically resumes and charges at the selected pause end.
Unpausing can charge immediately and set a new billing date. A pause is not cancellation, account closure or gambling self-exclusion. If you already paused, check the scheduled resumption date and ask support about cancellation rather than assume future charges are stopped permanently.
Apple Pay and Google Pay are not app-store billing proof
The subscription terms list Apple Pay and Google Pay as payment methods alongside Stripe processing. That does not establish an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. No app-store cancellation route was verified for these Dimers plans.
Check the actual biller on your receipt. Do not apply a store's procedure solely because you used its wallet or installed a mobile app; ask the biller if your existing purchase differs from the website contract.
Account closure and personal-data deletion are separate
No ordinary Dimers account-closure procedure was verified. The general Terms describe company termination powers and retained data, not a complete user-facing closure route. Do not assume ending renewal closes or erases your account.
The Privacy Policy, updated November 2025,
gives contact@dimers.com for requests to amend or delete personal details.
Some location-specific sections list a different address; ask the published
general contact to confirm the applicable privacy-request route.
A personal-data request is not billing cancellation or guaranteed full erasure.
No account-specific retention period or deletion deadline was verified.
The policy says linked external-account data may need individual manual deletion, but gives no complete unlinking procedure. Do not reconnect an account to test removal. It also warns against putting sensitive information into Dimebot; do not submit billing records or a crisis disclosure to the AI tool.
Stop marketing and protect sportsbook accounts separately
The Privacy Policy directs marketing opt-outs to unsubscribe instructions in the messages. Administrative and transactional notices may continue; marketing opt-out does not cancel paid renewal.
No formal Dimers self-exclusion or connected-account disconnection process was verified. Cancelling an information subscription does not establish closure or exclusion at a sportsbook. Use the platform directory for separate account help and keep independent blockers in place.
