Cancel a BettingPros Premium Subscription

To cancel BettingPros Premium, use the original biller: BettingPros for website purchases, Apple for iOS purchases or Google Play for Android purchases. Renewal cancellation is not account deletion or sportsbook self-exclusion.

This guide is for an existing Premium subscription, not an invitation to register or use betting tools. Public instructions were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested. The published cancellation instructions display May 16, 2024 as their update date. If your screen differs, ask support rather than follow guessed controls.

Identify the original biller

Check a receipt you already have. BettingPros also says My Account shows the mobile purchase platform beside Manage under Premium Subscription; website purchases do not have that mobile label. This is not a reason to make a new purchase. Check separately for other subscriptions on your receipts.

Cancel a website-billed subscription

The website cancellation instructions document this sequence:

1. Sign in to your existing account only if safely accessible, then open My Account.
2. Select Manage My Subscription, then Cancel your subscription.
3. Choose No Thanks at Pause Subscription Instead? to continue cancelling.
4. Select a reason; if needed, use Other with a brief, non-sensitive explanation.
5. Select Cancel Subscription to finish, then check for confirmation.

A missing management button can mean the wrong billing route or no active subscription on that account; check the receipt rather than assume cancellation. The stated policy stops renewal, keeps Premium until the renewal date and then reverts the account to free. Cancellation does not itself provide a refund. This is the provider's policy, not a decision about individual legal rights. Keep confirmation privately; do not renew to test the result.

Cancel app-store billing through its store

BettingPros directs iOS-billed purchases to the App Store. Use Apple's official cancellation help for the device you already use. This guide does not verify a new Apple menu sequence or promise a refund.

For a Google Play purchase, use the Google Account that holds the subscription. Google's cancellation instructions say to open subscriptions, select the subscription, choose Cancel subscription and finish the instructions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel billing. Check the resulting status and retain the confirmation privately. If a receipt and account disagree, ask the actual biller for help; do not purchase again.

Do not mistake a billing pause for cancellation

The pause explanation says a pause delays renewal to a selected future date. It applies only to website-billed monthly subscriptions; 12-month and iOS/Android subscriptions cannot use that pause feature. A billing pause is not account closure, a gambling timeout or formal self-exclusion. If your intention is to stop renewal, complete cancellation rather than accept a pause alternative.

Handle account deletion and sportsbook connections separately

BettingPros publishes a separate account-deletion help page, updated August 21, 2022. It describes a request and says transaction history remains for legal/reporting purposes without association to you. This is not a promise that every record is erased. The linked jurisdiction forms did not expose a usable procedure during this review; their fields, availability and completion time remain unverified. Cancellation alone leaves a free account.

If you need assistance, use the published BettingPros support request. Ask about the correct cancellation or deletion route for your existing account and secure ownership verification. The form also contains promotional-offer material: do not redeem an offer, deposit or wager to get account help. No response deadline, support opening hours or deletion-completion guarantee was verified. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, sportsbook credentials, full payment details, gambling history or unrequested identity documents to support or Guarding Gamblers.

The published sync help, updated July 25, 2022, documents hovering over or clicking Connected to disconnect an existing sportsbook connection. No imported-history removal or retention outcome was verified. Do not reconnect an account to find a control. Disconnecting a tracker is not closing or self-excluding from the underlying sportsbook; use the platform directory for separate account help. No formal BettingPros self-exclusion or cooling-off procedure was verified. Keep independent blocking tools in place without assuming every app or connection is covered.

Change newsletter preferences separately

The email-preferences instructions, updated May 15, 2024, document Email Preferences under My Account, or Change my email preferences on the profile page, to change newsletter selections. Newsletter preferences do not establish subscription cancellation, account deletion or sportsbook protection. No suppression deadline was verified.
