Cancel a BetQL Subscription

To cancel a BetQL subscription, identify the original biller on your receipt: BetQL's website, Apple or Google Play. Use that biller's route. BetQL's help page calls this cancelling an account, but its instructions stop subscription renewal; they do not establish account deletion.

This guide helps existing subscribers leave a sports-information service, not use its picks. Public primary sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested. Guarding Gamblers cannot access or cancel your subscription. Keep receipts privately; do not send us payment records or gambling history.

For a website-billed plan

BetQL's cancellation help, updated August 24, 2023, describes this website route:

1. Open the existing account's Pricing page and find the plan marked Current Plan.
2. Select Cancel below that plan, then Yes, Cancel Subscription.
3. Check that renewal is stopped and record the displayed end date privately.

The help article says this sets non-renewal at period end; Reactivate reverses it. Do not reactivate when your intention is to leave.

These are dated help instructions, not newly tested account controls. The public Pricing page redirects to an annual pricing page that did not expose these controls to the cloud reader. If your account differs, do not select a new paid plan to find cancellation.

Current U.S.-targeted terms, updated February 2025, identify Skillbet Ltd and permit cancellation through account management or customer support. The current footer lists support@betql.com. Ask for the applicable cancellation route and effective status if the control is missing. A sent message is not confirmation of cancellation; no support response time or guaranteed email-cancellation outcome is promised.

Cancel an Apple-billed subscription

Use Apple's current procedure, rather than the older Apple menu labels in BetQL's help article:

1. Open Settings, tap your name and choose Subscriptions.
2. Select BetQL under the Apple Account shown on the receipt.
3. Choose Cancel Subscription and review the expiration status.

Apple says a missing Cancel button or red expiration message means it is already cancelled. If missing from the list, check the receipt's account; a family member must cancel their own purchase. No Apple receipt? Check your statement to identify who actually bills you.

Cancel a Google Play-billed subscription

For purchases actually billed by Google Play, follow Google's cancellation procedure:

1. Open subscriptions in Google Play using the Google Account that made the purchase.
2. Select BetQL.
3. Choose Cancel subscription and finish the confirmation instructions.

Google says uninstalling the app does not cancel its subscription. Access normally continues for time already paid; remaining payments on a committed payment plan are separate. Continued access alone is not proof that renewal is still enabled.

Check your own trial and renewal date

The current website checkout advertises a three-day trial, while older trial help from May 2020 says no trial is offered. Do not assume either describes every existing or store-billed purchase. Check the date on your own receipt or account.

The current terms describe automatic billing when an uncancelled trial ends. Apple advises cancelling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends. Do not wait for a support reply or treat deleting the app as cancellation.

Cancellation is not a pause or refund

BetQL's pause help from May 2020 says pausing and resuming a membership is unavailable. No newer BetQL pause procedure was verified. A generic store pause option is not evidence that your BetQL plan supports it.

The current terms allow refund requests to be considered individually; cancellation does not guarantee a refund. Check the original biller's applicable policy separately. No universal refund outcome or immediate end-of-access rule is promised.

Account deletion and protection are separate

No ordinary BetQL account-deletion procedure was verified. The February 2025 privacy policy lists location-dependent data rights and compliance@skillbet.net for privacy requests. That is not confirmation of ordinary account closure, full erasure or subscription cancellation.

No account-specific retention period, deletion deadline, complete marketing opt-out or connected-account unlinking procedure was verified. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, full card details or unnecessary crisis disclosures to pursue a request.

No formal BetQL self-exclusion process was verified. Cancelling an information subscription does not close or self-exclude a separate betting account. Use the platform directory for those accounts and keep independent blockers in place.
