Cancel BetBurger Subscription and Stop Recurring Payments
Turn off BetBurger recurring renewal, verify the result and separate cancellation from refunds, account freezing, privacy and bookmaker protection.
Last updated on Oct 29, 2026
To stop a BetBurger recurring subscription, open My Account in your existing account and switch off the toggle in the Recurring column beside the active subscription. Repeat for each unwanted renewing subscription. BetBurger's payment and cancellation instructions also provide support as an alternative. Do not make another purchase to cancel.
Keep your barriers in place
Keep your gambling blocker enabled. Do not whitelist BetBurger, open betting information or place another bet to follow these steps. If access is blocked, use the support fallback below. Urgent help and international support remain available independently.
This guide is for an existing subscriber to BetBurger, operated by Aspira Limited. Its Terms describe an information subscription, not a bookmaker account. Public sources were checked October 29, 2026; no signed-in process was tested. The reviewed pages display no policy revision date. This is cancellation help, not advice on using the service.
Turn off recurring renewal for each subscription
The published cancellation route is:
- Open My Account in the account you already use.
- Locate the active subscription and its Recurring column.
- Turn that subscription's recurring toggle off.
- Check the resulting state and save it privately. Check other active subscriptions too.
The Terms distinguish manually renewed plans from recurring billing. Check your own subscription rather than assuming every purchase renews. No exact renewal cutoff, cancellation confirmation sequence or current-term access outcome was verified. Ask support to confirm whether a further charge is due and when access ends. A declined payment, unused account or removed app is not evidence that recurring renewal has stopped.
If the control is missing or access is blocked
Use support@betburger.com, published in the cancellation instructions and Contact page. The Contact page also points to its interactive feedback form. Ask which subscriptions will not renew and request written confirmation of the next-billing and access outcome.
A sent request is not proof of cancellation. No support hours or response deadline were verified. Use the registered email or one non-sensitive account identifier; do not send passwords, one-time codes, full payment details, identity documents or betting history. Ask for a secure verification route if needed. Keep receipts privately; do not send them to Guarding Gamblers.
The listed payment methods do not establish separate PayPal, Stripe or app-store cancellation instructions. Use the documented BetBurger route; do not assume another billing control replaces it.
Check refund conditions separately
Stopping renewal does not itself establish a refund. The refund page describes deductions that can include used time, a 6% payment-system charge and a €35 fee. Payment-method restrictions also apply. Its SafetyPay wording describes non-refundable payments alongside a possible wallet alternative; do not assume eligibility or open a new wallet to obtain a refund.
The Terms' refund section includes an additional refusal-to-use case not repeated on the refund page. Ask support which rule applies to your existing payment, the deductions and any effect on the account. No refund amount, approval or payment date is promised here. Do not buy or use more service while trying to resolve a charge.
A temporary freeze is not renewal cancellation
BetBurger's account-freezing manual describes a temporary pause after which service becomes available again. Its subscription-scope FAQ says freezing applies to all subscription plans, not one plan alone. Neither source establishes that freezing stops recurring billing. Do not treat a freeze as cancellation; check recurring renewal separately. It is not a verified self-exclusion scheme.
Account closure and privacy are separate requests
No ordinary user account-closure menu was verified. The Terms' operator termination clause is not a documented user deletion procedure. Ask support about account closure only after clarifying billing and any refund question. Do not assume removing the account stops every charge.
For personal-data requests, the Privacy Policy publishes the same support address. Its deletion wording includes both a 24-hour statement and reasonable-timeframe language, alongside retention: it says basic records remain for at least five years after a deletion request, and correspondence may remain up to ten years depending on the applicable limitation period. These are the policy's statements, not a promise of complete or 24-hour erasure. Ask what can be deleted, what must remain and why.
Stop marketing and protect separate bookmaker accounts
The Privacy Policy supports requesting that processing for direct marketing stop. Operational messages may continue. Marketing opt-out does not cancel billing or remove the account.
No BetBurger formal self-exclusion or permanent future-account barrier was verified. Cancelling this subscription does not close or self-exclude a separate bookmaker account. Find that service in the platform directory and consider independent blocking tools without assuming every service is covered. Support is available in the United States and internationally before a billing or account question is finished.
