Close your Rev Comps account

Close your account through Mindful Play

The published account-control policy places Account Closure under Rev Account → Mindful Play.

Choose closure, or ask support to help

Use that account-control route if you can safely access it. If the site is blocked or you cannot sign in, email hello@revcomps.com, confirmed on the contact page, and ask for account closure. Do not disable your blocker or whitelist the site.

Keep the request private and specific

Start with a short request from your account email. Do not send passwords, date of birth, payment-card details or identity documents in ordinary email. If verification is required, ask for a secure route. Ask support to confirm when the restriction is active; a sent email is not confirmation.

Ask separately about unfinished account matters

Keep existing ticket and order confirmations outside the account. Ask what happens to active entries, an unresolved prize claim and any balance or credit. Do not delay urgent protection while resolving a money question: ask support to handle both. You do not need to buy another entry or spend credit to request help.

What happens to tickets, balances and prizes?

The terms do not resolve these outcomes after voluntary account closure. Losing account access does not itself prove that money is refunded, tickets are cancelled or a prize is forfeited. Get an account-specific written answer. This guide promises neither a refund nor forfeiture, and does not assume website credit can be withdrawn as cash.

Rev Comps operator account block

A finite suspension is different from closure

The Mindful Play policy offers 6- or 9-month Account Suspension. It blocks access, entries and marketing, cannot be reversed during the chosen period, and reopens automatically at the end. Shorter breaks also expire. These are operator controls, not verified formal gambling self-exclusion or a cross-operator ban.

The contact page mentions “Permanent self exclusion,” but the detailed policy does not provide a matching permanent procedure. Do not rely on that phrase as a permanent ban. Ask support for the exact duration and reopening conditions in writing.

A £0 spending limit is not a complete entry block: the policy excludes winnings, website credit and promotional benefits from those limits. Keep other barriers in place. For help without visiting an operator, use urgent help, international support, or the prize-draw spending guide. That spending guide is Great Britain-focused; use international support for other locations.

What this operator block does (and doesn't)

This is the operator's own access restriction for the published term and scope. It is not enrollment in a regulator-run or statutory self-exclusion program.

Do not assume the block deletes account data, stops every message, or covers unrelated companies. Follow the product-specific scope above and request written confirmation.

Stop Rev Comps emails

Stop marketing without losing necessary account messages

Use unsubscribe links in promotional email or SMS, or contact support, as described in the privacy policy. Specify the channels you want stopped. Necessary service communications can continue. The account-control policy also stops marketing during closure or suspension, although already scheduled messages may briefly arrive.

You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.

Frequently asked questions

Does closing a Rev Comps account delete my data?

No. The current privacy policy allows erasure requests but explains that some records may remain for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or claims purposes. Ask support what can be erased and what must be retained. It does not establish a universal deletion deadline. Account closure, marketing opt-out and data erasure are separate requests.

Does closure cover accounts on other websites?

No cross-service coverage is verified. Use the platform directory to address other accounts separately. Keep your existing blocker enabled even after receiving confirmation.
