Raise an account-closure support ticket

The official Help Centre directs ordinary closure requests to a support ticket while signed in. The current terms publish hello@killercomps.com as the support contact. Use that fallback if you cannot access the ticket route, explaining that you want closure, not restored access to participate.

Ask for confirmation of the account status and a contact route for any unresolved withdrawal or prize claim. No exact completion deadline is guaranteed. Keep the reference privately and use only the official verification process if identity documents are requested.

Check winnings, deposit credit and promotional value separately

The Help Centre advises withdrawing winnings before closure. Clause 17 of the terms distinguishes own-card deposit top-ups, which are returned or withdrawn where permitted, from winnings payable subject to identity verification. Promotional balances, items, KP, XP, keys and free plays are forfeited.

Do not assume every on-screen balance is refundable cash, or that all prizes have the same treatment. Ask support to identify the type and status of each outstanding item before confirming closure. Do not waive money or buy another entry simply to finish the task.

Use the separate account restriction for protection

The terms document account self-exclusion for twenty-four hours, seven days, thirty days, six months or permanently. The selected period cannot be shortened. It blocks purchases, games and the listed promotional activities, while withdrawals and prize claims remain available.

This is useful when account access is a concern while existing administration continues. Request protection promptly; do not postpone it because a prize or balance question remains. Ask support to confirm the selected term and current status.
