Request Fanatics Markets account closure

The official risk-management page requires open positions to be closed before ordinary account closure.

Ask about unresolved positions and money

If a position cannot be closed, or signing in feels unsafe, ask support to explain your options. Ask how remaining cash, outstanding obligations and records will be handled. Do not assume closure refunds previous losses.

Send a written closure request

Contact support@fanaticsmarkets.com from your registered email and name Fanatics Markets. The official FCM agreement PDF publishes that support address on page 22. Request account closure and written confirmation; do not include passwords, full payment details or identity documents in an ordinary email.

Check the resulting account status

Keep the response and case reference. A sent message is not proof that access has ended. No universal closure or payout deadline, ordinary reopening rule, or guaranteed refund was established in this review.

The FCM customer agreement, section 18(g), permits termination by written notice after obligations are paid. Its operator-initiated liquidation provisions are not a promise of your closure payout. Section 3(d) also describes older positions remaining under a prior exchange arrangement during transition; ask about any such positions separately.

Self-exclude from Fanatics Markets

Timeout and self-exclusion have different effects

Under the risk-management page:

  • Timeout: 3–365 days without trading; it cannot be undone once set. Existing positions can still be closed manually.
  • Self-exclusion: at least one year, set in the app's Profile section. Access is locked, open positions are automatically closed and remaining funds are returned. The page does not give a return-of-funds deadline or establish automatic reopening after expiry.

Review the consequences shown before confirming. Signed-in screens were not inspected; no deeper menu path is claimed. This is not evidence of exclusion from every prediction market or a state-wide gambling scheme.

What about Fanatics Sportsbook restrictions?

Section 5(e) of the FCM agreement says restrictions from Fanatics Betting & Gaming carry identical or comparable restrictions into Markets, including access suspension. That documented direction does not establish that closing Markets closes Sportsbook, retail or every Fanatics ONE service. Ask which accounts and restrictions are covered; do not treat another product as a workaround.

What self-exclusion actually does (and doesn't)

It is designed to block play for the period you choose. Whether it covers new sign-ups or can be changed early depends on the operator and jurisdiction; follow the platform-specific details above.

Do not assume self-exclusion deletes account data, stops every message, or covers other sites; exact scope varies. Consider account closure, mailbox controls, and a blocking tool as additional layers.

Stop Fanatics Markets emails

The Markets privacy policy documents promotional-email unsubscribe instructions, STOP replies for SMS and device notification preferences for push messages. Account and informational messages can continue, and processing may not be immediate. Opting out is not account closure or self-exclusion.

You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.

Does closing Markets delete my Fanatics ONE data?

No complete erasure is established. The privacy policy describes a shared ONE login, conditional deletion rights and retention for legal or other permitted purposes. Request privacy help separately and specify the product. Do not infer all-brand deletion from a Markets closure request.

What if the support website will not open?

The help-center page could not be read during this source check. The email above was instead verified in the official agreement PDF; no live-chat availability, telephone support, opening hours or response time is claimed. Keep your local blocker enabled. Support outside the U.S. and the platform directory remain available without signing into Markets.
