A distinct Coinbase Financial Markets account
Coinbase's current product introduction and eligibility guide identify Coinbase Financial Markets, eligible United States residents excluding Nevada, and separate product qualifications. This guide does not close the broader Coinbase.com account.
Clear contracts and orders before closing
Coinbase requires every open prediction contract to be sold and every open order to be cancelled before the closure control is available. Do not open a new contract to prepare the account. If access is unsafe, ask support for a high-risk-product restriction first.

Close the CFM predictions account
Follow Coinbase's current predictions-account closure guide.
Sell open contracts and cancel open orders
Review the predictions portfolio, sell each open contract when it is safe and possible, and cancel every unfilled order. Coinbase blocks closure while either remains.
Open the account closure control
In the mobile app, use Menu → Account & Settings → Account → Close Account. On the web, use Profile icon → Manage account → Profile → Close account.
Continue and confirm the product
Select Continue To Close Account and follow the prompts. Confirm that the result names the CFM predictions account, not the broader Coinbase account.
The current CFM account agreement also permits cancellation of the CFM account. Financial records can remain subject to legal retention.
Coinbase Prediction Markets operator account block
Ask support for a high-risk-product restriction
The closure guide says a user can contact Coinbase through the app's Help section about account restrictions or self-exclusion from certain high-risk products. It does not publish the exact product scope, duration, early-removal rule, balance result, or reopening safeguard.
Use the official Contact Us route, name CFM prediction markets, and ask for the requested restriction in writing. Do not treat a support-only restriction as a documented formal gambling self-exclusion program.
What this operator block does (and doesn't)
This is the operator's own access restriction for the published term and scope. It is not enrollment in a regulator-run or statutory self-exclusion program.
Do not assume the block deletes account data, stops every message, or covers unrelated companies. Follow the product-specific scope above and request written confirmation.
Stop Coinbase Prediction Markets emails
The current financial privacy notice covers CFM and explains privacy and sharing choices. Those choices are separate from product closure and do not promise deletion of retained financial records. No predictions-specific marketing control was confirmed.
You can also use your mailbox's search, filter, and bulk-delete controls. Review the privacy terms and current price before granting any third-party cleanup tool access to your inbox.
