Ending or removing the exclusion
One- and five-year casino entries do not expire automatically under the current effective rule. After the minimum term, request removal and wait for PGCB acceptance. A lifetime participant may petition the Board after at least ten years under the current regulation; approval is discretionary and requires the specified assessment and treatment documentation.
Before you submit
- The ordinary online removal flow rejects early and lifetime removal requests; the ten-year lifetime petition is a separate formal process.
- Removal from the state list does not guarantee that an operator will reinstate an account or end a broader internal ban.

Before you submit
- An operator may apply a broader ban to other products, venues, affiliates, or jurisdictions, but PGCB does not guarantee that extension.
- State-list removal does not guarantee operator account reinstatement.
