This guide covers the documented Wink Bingo route. Read the scope below: an operator-only, game-category, and regulator-run exclusion can have different coverage. It does not claim account-data deletion or a balance outcome unless the cited source states one.

Use Wink's formal self-exclusion form

Wink's current self-exclusion help documents a signed-in form with a defined period, operator-network scope, balance handling, and a controlled reopening process. It is separate from ordinary closure and from GAMSTOP.

Open the signed-in Safer Gambling Tools

Sign in and open the Self-exclusion form in Safer Gambling Tools. If access to the form fails, use Wink's official Help Centre or customer support and ask for the present secure route.

Choose the extent and period

Review the accounts shown in the exclusion extent. Wink publishes 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years, 4 years, or 5 years. The help page says the action covers the Wink account and accounts identified in its operator network; it does not mean every unrelated gambling company.

Review cash and pending-wager effects

Wink says pending wagers such as pre-bought bingo tickets are voided and refunded and that it will work with the customer to return remaining cash. Save the visible balance and relevant references before submitting when possible.

Accept the terms and save confirmation

Agree to the exclusion terms, submit the form, and save the selected extent, period, effective status, and reference. Wink does not publish a guaranteed activation time on the reviewed help page.

Message text
Hello Wink Bingo Customer Support, I want to apply formal self-exclusion to my Wink Bingo account. Username or account ID: [One Non-Sensitive Identifier] Requested period: [6 MONTHS / 1 YEAR / 2 YEARS / 3 YEARS / 4 YEARS / 5 YEARS] Please confirm: - the current signed-in Safer Gambling Tools route; - the accounts included in the exclusion extent; - when the exclusion becomes effective; - how my remaining cash and pending wagers will be handled; and - the confirmation reference. If verification is required, please send the official secure route. I will not email a password, security answer, full payment details, or unrequested identity documents. [Your Name] [Date]
  • Use the current official Wink Bingo contact route
  • Keep a copy of the request and response for your records

After the selected period expires, Wink says the account remains excluded until Customer Support approves a reopening request. A further 24-hour cooling-off period follows removal of the exclusion, and Wink may refuse a return where concerns remain. Do not treat the end date as automatic access.

Wink's marketing restriction page says formal self-exclusion stops promotional marketing, although promotions may continue for up to 48 hours after exclusion.

GAMSTOP is a separate national registration

Wink's operator form does not register a person with GAMSTOP. For broader UK online coverage, use the separate GAMSTOP registration guide. GAMSTOP currently says it is available to UK residents, covers online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain, offers six months, one year, five years, or five years with auto-renewal, and can take up to 24 hours to become effective. It does not automatically return withdrawable funds.

Review the ordinary Wink account-closure steps if closure rather than formal exclusion is the intended action.
