Request Fortune Wins self-exclusion
The official Player Safety support article says to open a support ticket, select Player Safety Policy, and choose Self Exclusion under the Player Safety Policy tool. Fortune Wins says it applies the requested action after receiving a signed form.
Ask about FC and pending redemptions in the same ticket
Fortune Wins does not publish whether self-exclusion preserves an FC balance, pauses inactivity expiry, or permits a pending redemption to finish. Its July 24 Sweeps Rules say FC expire after 60 days without login, while the current support safety article still says 120 days. Self-exclusion lasts at least six months and blocks login.
Ask support to confirm the treatment in the same ticket. Do not purchase, play, cancel a pending redemption, or delay an urgent safety restriction solely to change or resolve the balance.
Open a Player Safety ticket
Go to the current support portal, select Player Safety Policy, and then choose Self Exclusion under the Player Safety Policy tool.
Choose a period of at least six months
Fortune Wins publishes a six-month minimum and no maximum. The selected period cannot be cancelled or changed. The sources do not say that access returns automatically when self-exclusion ends.
Request the current signed form
Fortune Wins says a signed form is required, but it does not expose a current public download or say how the form is delivered. Ask support for the current secure form and submission route.
State the balance and communication questions
In the same ticket, ask what happens to an existing FC balance, a pending redemption, inactivity expiry, and account messages. If protection is urgent, submit the request without waiting to resolve those questions.
Save the confirmed scope
Keep the selected period, signed form, effective date, case reference, and written balance answer. Fortune Wins says self-exclusion blocks account access, login, play, purchases, and prize wins, and it will use best efforts to prevent opening or reopening an account.

What the selected period blocks
The current Player Safety Policy v2.4 and support article say a self-excluded person cannot access or log in to the account, play games, make purchases, or win prizes during the prescribed period. Fortune Wins says it will use best efforts to prevent opening or reopening an account and to stop its email and text messages.
“Best efforts” is not a guarantee that every affiliate, security, service, redemption, or legally required message will stop. This operator restriction also does not enroll a person in a state, provincial, or multi-operator program. For broader options, use the maintained self-exclusion directory and state program directory.
A shorter time-out is a different action
Fortune Wins publishes a separate 2-to-30-day account time-out through Player Safety Policy → Taking A break. Once approved, the time-out cannot be reversed; access returns automatically when that selected period expires. Those automatic-return terms apply to a time-out, not to formal self-exclusion.
