How to Cancel an Omaze UK Subscription

To stop an Omaze UK subscription, open your account's Manage Subscriptions area and select Cancel beside the subscription you want to end. Check each separate subscription. If the account route is unavailable, Omaze also accepts its model cancellation notice by email.

This guide concerns UK subscription billing, not account deletion. If spending or repeated prize-draw prompts are becoming difficult to manage, you can use our support directory without completing these steps first.

Cancel through your account

The official cancellation instructions give this route:

1. Sign in to your Omaze UK account.
2. Open Manage Subscriptions.
3. Select Cancel beside the relevant subscription.
4. Check other subscriptions individually so another recurring payment is not overlooked.

If you cannot sign in, the subscription login page offers an email login link. Do not share that link or your password with anyone offering to cancel on your behalf.

Keep a private record of the account's resulting status and end date. We have not verified the screens after the Cancel button, so this guide does not invent a final confirmation message. Ask support if it is unclear whether renewal has stopped.

If you need to cancel by email

Use the model cancellation notice in section 5F(ii) of the Subscription Terms and send it to team@omaze.co.uk. Omaze says it will acknowledge a cancellation notice received this way by email; it does not state a response deadline.

Send the required account-identifying information only to the official contact. Do not send passwords or full payment details. Save your sent notice and acknowledgement privately, and ask which subscriptions and end dates it covers if the response is ambiguous.

Renewal dates and add-ons

Omaze's cancellation instructions say to cancel before renewal on the first of the month to avoid the next charge. Check your account's renewal date and any plan-specific terms; no precise cutoff hour is published. Do not assume a failed card payment or an unused account has cancelled the subscription.

Under the current Subscription Terms, ordinary cancellation ends services at the end of the applicable billing cycle. Cancelling the main Membership also ends its Booster and Weekly Subscriber Draw Bolt On. You can cancel an add-on separately, but cancelling an add-on is not cancellation of the main Membership.

Does cancellation refund previous payments?

Stopping renewal and receiving a refund are different outcomes. The Subscription Terms describe a 14-day cancellation right, but say it can be lost once the initial service has been fully performed by supplying all initial entries. Omaze says a Membership fee is not refunded after the drawing has occurred. Ask team@omaze.co.uk about your particular payment rather than assuming either a guaranteed refund or that no cancellation right exists.

Existing entries generally remain eligible after ordinary cancellation under the applicable draw rules. Entries associated with a refunded fee are withdrawn. Neither outcome requires buying more entries.

Marketing, spending controls and account deletion are separate

The Omaze UK FAQ says you can ask team@omaze.co.uk for a £0 spend limit that cannot be removed for six months. It does not explain whether that request cancels an existing subscription or stops marketing: request and confirm those actions separately. We do not describe this limit as a verified formal self-exclusion procedure or promise that another operator's exclusion scheme covers Omaze.

We did not verify a customer-facing account-deletion process. Cancelling a subscription is not proof that the account or retained personal information has been deleted.
