How to Cancel a Paid Betting-Tip or Picks Subscription

Start with the receipt, not the name of the chat group. A picks service hosted on Discord may be billed by Discord itself, a separate seller through Whop, or another provider. Identify the billing route privately

Find the receipt, seller name, renewal date and account used to subscribe. You do not need to open new betting tips to do this. Save the cancellation confirmation and the service's response privately; do not post full card details or receipts in a group chat.

Use the route that matches your purchase. A Discord server name and a bank statement descriptor can describe different parts of the same service. If you have multiple memberships, check each recurring charge separately.

If Whop processes the subscription

Under Whop's current Buyer Terms, the seller on your receipt supplies the product. Follow that seller's cancellation instructions before the renewal date. Whop says its Help Center can direct you to the seller if those instructions cannot be found. Do not rely on an old screenshot of a cancellation button that is not present in your account.

Ask for confirmation that future billing has stopped and the effective date. Whop distinguishes product or refund questions, which go to the seller, from payment-layer issues such as duplicate or unrecognized charges, which can be sent to support@whop.com. Its terms allow retries of failed subscription payments: a declined card is not a cancellation confirmation.

If it is a native Discord Server Subscription

For a desktop/browser purchase, Discord's official instructions give this path:

1. Open User Settings using the cogwheel beside your username.
2. Choose Subscriptions, then Manage Memberships.
3. Open the relevant membership's dropdown and select Cancel my Membership.
4. Complete the confirmation prompts and check the end date.

Discord says cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Cancel through the same device type used to purchase. For a mobile purchase, follow the mobile or app-store route in its instructions rather than the desktop steps. If you cannot access Discord, its billing help route can assist with supported purchases; Apple-billed subscriptions must be handled through Apple.

Separate stopping renewal from asking for a refund

Cancellation does not itself establish refund eligibility. Explain any non-delivery, duplicate charge or other dispute accurately through the appropriate provider. Do not continue paying because someone promises that the next picks will recover previous losses.
