Cancel a 7days Performance Subscription
Cancel recurring 7days Performance entries, use separate account restrictions, and check marketing, refunds, existing tickets and data-removal limits.
Last updated on Oct 21, 2026
To cancel a 7days Performance subscription, sign in and open Account Dashboard → Subscriptions. Select the subscription and follow the cancellation instructions. If you cannot use that route, email hello@7daysperformance.co.uk. These are the routes in the operator's current terms.
Cancel recurring billing separately from an account restriction. The public sources do not say that a timeout or permanent exclusion cancels subscriptions. If you need support now, use our independent support directory without completing an account task first.
Cancel each recurring subscription
This guide concerns 7days Performance Limited at 7daysperformance.co.uk, a UK-facing competition service. Its terms say the website is directed to UK residents; competition eligibility has additional conditions. These instructions are not a universal legal cancellation process or guidance for another operator.
- Open Account Dashboard → Subscriptions in your existing account.
- Select the subscription you want to stop and follow the onscreen cancellation steps. Check for other active subscriptions and cancel each unwanted one.
- Keep a private record of the resulting status. Ask support which subscription has ended, when cancellation takes effect and whether another payment is due.
We have not tested the signed-in screens. The terms do not publish a precise renewal cutoff or cancellation-processing time, so this guide does not invent one. Do not assume that deleting the app, leaving the account unused or sending a request proves that renewal has stopped.
If you cannot access the account
Use hello@7daysperformance.co.uk, verified on the contact page and in the terms, to request subscription cancellation. Ask for confirmation and identify only the account and subscription needed to locate the request. Do not send passwords, full card details or identity documents in an ordinary email. Ask for a secure verification route if one is needed.
Keep your gambling blocker enabled. Do not disable it or whitelist the operator to follow these instructions. You can use the published email route without visiting the website. Sending a message is not proof that cancellation or an account restriction is already active.
Restrict new entries separately
The Responsible Playing page documents Safe Playing after login, with a timeout or permanent exclusion. The FAQ also directs readers to Account Settings → Take control of your play, offering spending controls, a timeout, or permanent exclusion for a particular competition type or all competitions. For the widest published restriction, select all competitions rather than only one type. If the labels differ or you cannot sign in, ask support to confirm the available control and its scope.
These are the operator's own controls, not verified formal gambling self-exclusion or a cross-operator ban. The Responsible Playing page says the service is not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission. Do not assume a restriction here covers any other service.
No timeout durations or restriction-activation time were verified. Ask for confirmation of the chosen restriction, its scope and any end date. Do not delay urgent protection while resolving a money question, but request subscription cancellation as a separate action: the sources do not establish that exclusion stops recurring billing.
Previous payments, tickets and prizes
Cancelling future payments is not the same as receiving a refund. The competition terms treat allocated subscription entries like one-off paid entries and describe refunds as exceptional and at the operator's discretion. Cancellation does not establish that an already-processed charge will be reversed.
The sources do not explain how permanent exclusion affects existing tickets, pending prizes or site credit. Keep receipts, ticket references, draw dates and prize correspondence you already have, and ask support about those items. This guide promises neither a payout nor forfeiture. Do not buy more entries or spend credit to resolve an account question.
Stop promotional messages
The FAQ and contact instructions give Account Settings → Communication Preferences for email, SMS, post or all marketing. Marketing emails also have an unsubscribe link; support can help remove non-essential communications. Ask separately about necessary messages concerning existing entries or prizes. Marketing opt-out is not subscription cancellation or an account restriction.
Is cancellation the same as deleting the account?
No ordinary account-closure or deletion procedure was verified. Do not treat subscription cancellation or permanent exclusion as proof of data erasure.
There is an important separate warning in the terms: asking to be removed from the competition database withdraws you from competitions because the operator cannot contact you as a winner, without an entry-fee refund. Check this consequence before requesting data removal; it is not the same action as stopping renewal or restricting new entries. The full privacy-retention terms were not retrievable in this review, so we make no complete-erasure guarantee.
For a broader plan, see how to stop spending on prize draws. Urgent help and support outside the United States remain available independently of any operator request.
